Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Rajkot. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, handling employee benefits and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with HR standards. Key day-to-day tasks include coordinating recruitment processes, conducting employee orientations, addressing employee relations issues, and maintaining employee records. The HR Generalist will also support performance management and contribute to HR strategies to enhance the workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) skills and HR Management experience
• Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
