Position: HR Generalist

Location: Noida Sector 57 (Onsite)

Work Schedule: Night Shift (Aligned to USA Time Zone)

Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle core HR operations, including onboarding, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
• Coordinate with the internal recruitment and delivery teams to support workforce planning and compliance.
• Address employee queries and support performance management efforts.
• Maintain HR records, documentation, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role (minimum 37 years).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be comfortable working night shifts (USA hours).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions.
