Human Resources Generalist

As a venture-backed HR-technology SaaS provider in the People-Operations software sector focused on streamlining hiring and HR workflows for high-growth companies, your role will be instrumental in strengthening an inclusive culture, elevating employee experiences, and ensuring compliant operations as we scale our user base from hundreds to thousands across India and beyond. Join our collaborative Bangalore office where creativity meets data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Drive full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance. - Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure day-one readiness and conduct 30-day engagement checkpoints. - Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data to ensure 100% audit compliance. - Provide guidance to managers on policy, performance, and employee relations, resolving issues within 48 hours. - Contribute to inclusive culture initiatives and participate in quarterly policy reviews. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. - 1-3 years of HR generalist experience in fast-growing organizations. - Familiarity with sourcing tools, ATS, and HR analytics. - Strong verbal and written English skills with confidence in counseling employees. - Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace. - Ability to independently prioritize tasks and thrive in an onsite environment in Koramangala. Additional Information: - Nice to have experience with SaaS or tech-startup environments. - Possession of SHRM-CP or similar HR certification would be a plus.,
