• Take charge of

  employee documentation

  , onboarding, exit processes, and compliance reporting
• Handle

  PF/ESIC/LWF filings

  ,

  labour law submissions

  , and coordinate with

  government portals

• Run

  leave & attendance tracking

  and performance management via

  KEKA HRMS

• Be the go-to person for

  grievance redressal

  , feedback, and employee engagement
• Organize touchpoints, reviews, and ensure every process has heart and structure
• Collaborate with teams across Paradyes HQ, warehouse, and manufacturing units
• Help us continuously improve how we support, retain, and empower our people
  

• Have

  2+ years

  of HR generalist experience (you’ve filed, not just followed)
• Know your way around

  FnF, appraisals, payroll inputs, and statutory filings

• Are fluent in

  Hindi & English

  , organized on

  Excel

  , and familiar with

  KEKA or similar HRMS

• Prefer to work in environments where you're

  trusted to lead, not micromanaged

• Have studied or worked in

  Ahmedabad/Gujarat.
