Job Title: HR Generalist – Staffing (Non-IT / IT)

Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST
Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support and manage HR operations for our Non-IT / IT staffing business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR generalist functions and the ability to lead and manage a Research Analyst team, ensuring high-quality candidate sourcing, data accuracy, and process compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Generalist Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, attendance, and employee records
  • Handle employee relations, performance tracking, and HR compliance
  • Support recruitment operations and coordinate with recruiters and account managers
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices
  • Address employee queries related to payroll inputs, leaves, and policies
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and staffing industry standards

Research Analyst Team Management

  • Lead, train, and supervise a team of Research Analysts supporting Non-IT / IT staffing
  • Assign daily tasks, track productivity, and ensure SLA adherence
  • Ensure accurate market research, talent mapping, and candidate data validation
  • Monitor quality of sourcing, data integrity, and reporting metrics
  • Work closely with recruitment and sales teams to meet client requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–6+ years of experience as an HR Generalist (staffing industry preferred)
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring Research Analyst / Sourcing teams
  • Strong knowledge of Non-IT / IT staffing workflows
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in ATS, HRMS, Excel, and reporting tools

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in US staffing environment
  • Understanding of recruitment metrics and compliance
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and people management skills
