Job Title: Senior Recruiter – Non-IT Staffing (US)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for US Non-IT staffing requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hiring across industries such as construction, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, clerical, and light industrial roles, with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT roles (sourcing to placement)
• Work closely with US clients and account managers to understand job requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct in-depth phone/video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Present qualified candidates with strong summaries and recommendations
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly hiring targets and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and staffing best practices

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 4–8+ years of experience in US Non-IT staffing
• Strong experience recruiting for roles such as:
• Construction & Skilled Trades
• Manufacturing & Warehouse
• Logistics & Transportation
• Healthcare (non-clinical)
• Administrative & Clerical
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of US hiring processes, pay rates, and candidate expectations
• Experience working with ATS, CRM, and job portals
