Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist, located in Pune. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR tasks including implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing benefits administration. Additional responsibilities include employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Benefits Administration
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
