Human Resources Generalist (Contract)

As we scale, we’re looking for an HR Generalist (contract) who can help us build a people-first culture and drive operational excellence across our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Administer payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
• Maintain HRIS and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Assist in HR reporting and audits

Qualifications & Skills

• Any Graduate / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT or tech industry
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS platforms
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
