Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with HR policies, and provide essential support to the workforce. The role involves implementing strategies to enhance workplace culture, handling HR documentation, and fostering positive employee experiences while promoting organisational goals.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding of HR software, payroll systems, and labour regulations.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail.
• Must be located in West Bengal
