HR Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
  • Maintain employee records & HR documentation
  • Manage payroll, attendance & leave tracking
  • Drive employee engagement activities
  • Address employee grievances & concerns
  • Assist in HR policy drafting & implementation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws & statutory norms
  • Coordinate training & development programs
  • Support performance appraisal process
  • Manage resignations, exit interviews & F&F settlements
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS & dashboards
  • Conduct employee induction & orientation
  • Communicate HR policies to staff
  • Ensure workplace health, safety & welfare
  • Align HR practices with organizational goals


Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
  • Problem-solving and employee relation management skills.
