Position: HR Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role located on-site in Noida at Smartech Connections. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
• Performance Management and Employee Relations skills
• Knowledge of labour laws and HR policies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams
• Experience in a leadership role preferred

Salary: Up to ₹22,000/month
