Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for supporting HR management and operations, handling employee relations, and implementing HR policies. This is a hybrid role based in Unnao, with some work-from-home flexibility. Daily tasks will include assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting various HR initiatives to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.

• Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
• Skills in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Competency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
