Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and fostering positive employee relations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating HR activities and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
• Proficiency in developing HR Policies and managing Employee Relations
• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
