Job Profile:


# New Joinee Onboarding & Documentation

  • Ensure proper onboarding procedures are followed for all HO and WH (Warehouse) staff.
  • Collect and verify all required documentation at the time of joining (e.g., Govt. ID proof, bank details, education, experience etc.).

# Retail Brand Staff Joining

  • Maintain a month-wise list of new Brand staff joiners.
  • Ensure timely completion of EPF/UAN (Universal Account Number) and ESI (Employee State Insurance) registration as per government-mandated timelines (TAT).

# General Personnel File & Record Updation

  • Regularly update the master personnel record files for HO, Warehouse, and Retail Brand staff.

# Attendance Collation and Updation Process

  • Collect and update daily attendance records for HO, Warehouse staff, and other support staff.
  • Compile Retail Brand staff monthly attendance in coordination with Area Managers & Territory Managers for accurate payroll inputs
  • Track and maintain leaves of HO, W/H & retail brand staff in HRMS

# Brand Staff Resignation Updation & Exit Interview

  • Record all Brand staff resignations promptly.
  • Update personnel and HRMS record to reflect the resignation information seamlessly
  • Ensure the completion of the exit interview of Retail Brand Staff through the exit interview process to gather feedback and share with senior HR team members to track attrition

# Extending support for Recruitment

  • Work closely with head of recruitment to extend support in terms of initial validation, interview co-ordination etc.


Candidate Profile

  1. Any Graduate or Post Graduate
  2. Experience of 3 to 4 years in HR Operations & basic statutory compliance as well as recruitment/talent acquisition
  3. Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP & Pivot, IF functions etc.)
