Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Tiruchirappalli. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing various human resources functions. Duties include recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
HR Management, HR Operations, Human Resources (HR) skills
Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
Proficient in managing Employee Relations, grievances and conflict resolutions.
Ability to work independently; reporting directly to the CEO & Director of Operations.
Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Should be capable in handling full HR Department and be the main point of contact.
