The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the HR field and possess expertise in data management, performance management, recruitment, training, and development . Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage end-to-end recruitment processes , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Maintain and organize HR data management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance Implement and monitor performance management frameworks to enhance employee productivity Plan and conduct training & development programs to foster employee growth Handle HR administrative tasks and ensure smooth execution of HR policies Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and ensure a positive work environment Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a related field Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, employee performance management, and training methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple HR processes efficiently Must be available for immediate joining and work on-site in Thanjavur Show more Show less
