We are looking for a passionate and versatile HR Executive (Generalist) to join our team and manage both recruitment and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment (Tech & Non-Tech): Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle Source and screen resumes through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other job portals Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders Follow up with candidates and handle offer roll-out processes 2. HR Operations & Documentation: Facilitate smooth onboarding, joining formalities, and induction Maintain and update employee records in HRIS Collect and compile monthly payroll inputs : attendance, leave, and shift data Support exit formalities and maintain documentation compliance 3. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities such as internal events, birthday/anniversary celebrations, etc. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances Support feedback collection and drive a positive workplace culture Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR or related field 1–2 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist or Recruitment + Ops role Proficiency with Naukri.com , LinkedIn , and other sourcing platforms Understanding of HR operations, documentation, and basic payroll processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong coordination and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and people-oriented mindset How to Apply: 📩 Email your updated resume to: hr@seadnxt.com 📞 For queries, contact: 8554981060
