JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile HR Executive who can efficiently manage core HR operations while also supporting our digital marketing and social media activities. The ideal candidate should have HR functional knowledge combined with creative digital marketing skills to enhance employer branding, talent engagement, and online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and on boarding.
Assist in submitting profile & full fill the Client requirement on time and HR reporting.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems for India.
Update the database of CVs received
Calling Candidates & editing Cvs
Support in HR documentation, and compliance activities
Making sure the necessary paperwork for pre-employment is completed and organized promptly and accurately
Respond to ad-hoc requests on a day-to-day basis..
Coordinate with employees and internal communications.
Ensure a positive work culture by addressing employee queries and providing HR support.
Digital & Social Media Marketing Responsibilities:
Develop Leads on different social media platforms.
Lead Generation can be via telephone and mass communication such as email , msgs etc .
Build and cultivate relationships by initiating communication with past clients, current clients, and prospects on different
channels.
Manage data for new and prospective clients ensuring all communications are logged, and information is accurate.
Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and if needed appointment setting for external sales
team
Collaboratively work with the sales and marketing team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities
with prospective customers
Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
Aggressive Result Driven Approach
Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
Initiates and participates in new business pitches with sales team and subject matter experts and own follow-through with
the leadprospect
Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications
Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management
Assist in preparing concise, targeted proposals and contracts
