Job Description

As a dynamic and results-driven Business Support Manager / Project Manager, your role involves supporting ongoing projects and fostering relationships with potential customers. You will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and large enterprises, driving back-office operations, managing SLAs, and overseeing compliance. Your responsibilities include: - Managing existing SLAs and cultivating relationships with customers to identify upsell opportunities. - Facilitating effective communication between internal business units and providing personalized responses to customers. - Supporting the internal team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to enhance revenue and market presence. - Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, large enterprises, consultants, and regulatory bodies. - Coordinating with large enterprises for approvals, permissions, licensing, and documentation requirements. - Handling ISO documentation, implementation, proposals, presentations, tenders, business agreements, and renewal certifications. - Tracking regulatory updates, ensuring timely compliance, and negotiating contracts, pricing, and commercial terms. - Leading contract negotiations covering pricing, terms, SLAs, and performance expectations. - Maintaining accurate vendor records, contracts, compliance documents, and performance logs. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies for procurement and vendor management. - Assisting in project planning, resource allocation, task assignments, and coordinating stakeholders. Your qualifications and skills should include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in business development, enterprise liaisoning, or strategic partnerships. - Industry experience in IT Software/SaaS/Telecom/Manufacturing/etc. - Proficiency in communication, networking, negotiation, MS Office, documentation, and report preparation. - Willingness to travel in the Middle East for field visits, meetings, and customer interactions.
