Job Description

As an HR & Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process and employee relations. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing clear and compelling job descriptions for various roles. - Managing the complete recruitment cycle, from job posting to making hiring recommendations. - Coordinating candidate progression through interview rounds and facilitating onboarding processes. - Conducting documentation, induction, and training sessions for new hires. - Acting as a liaison between employees and management to foster high morale and optimal performance. - Administering employee benefits programs and serving as the primary contact for benefits-related inquiries. - Assisting in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies, procedures, and programs. - Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Candidate Requirements: - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Thorough understanding of HR-related laws and compliance requirements. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. - Ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.,
