Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and conducting performance reviews. The role will also include overseeing training and development programs, managing payroll, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
• Skills in performance management and conducting performance reviews
• Experience in training and development programs management
• Payroll management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or natural products industry is a plus
