We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to support and improve the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and maintaining HR records.


Responsibilities -

Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process.

Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.

Assisting with the performance management and review process. 

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Onboarding newcomers to the company.

Maintain employee record and documentation in electronic and paper form.

Coordinate learning and development for employee benefits programs.

Constantly evaluate individual and organisational development needs and create training and development programs accordingly.

Coordinate in payroll management.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

2–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role

Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices

Proficient in MS Office and HR Softwares (Keka)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Street smart and active problem solving personality

Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

A plus, if you have experience with payroll management.
