Human Resources Executive

Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additionally, the role includes supporting employee engagement initiatives to help foster a positive and connected workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Understand hiring requirements for various departments and job roles. Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, internal databases, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Manage offer negotiation and release of offer letters. Track recruitment metrics and maintain daily/weekly reports. Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth candidate joining experience. Organize and support employee engagement activities , such as events, celebrations, surveys, and wellness initiatives. Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand talent gaps and hiring priorities. Work in alignment with the assigned shift: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM . Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is preferred. Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Creativity and enthusiasm for driving employee engagement initiatives. Preferred Skills: Experience hiring for IT/non-IT/contract roles (customize as needed). Basic knowledge of HR engagement tools and platforms.
