Job Title: HR & Backend Operations Executive (Night Shift)

Location : Bhopal

Job Type : Onsite

CTC : 4 LPA to 6 LPA (Negotiable for best candidate)

Experience level : 3 to 5 years.

Role Description

HR & Backend Operations Executive


Key Responsibilites:-

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure timely execution of HR policies and compliance.
  • Handle employee grievances, performance management, and engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support HR strategies and functions.
  • Assist with payroll inputs and leave/attendance management.
  • Manage and monitor backend processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
  • Prepare regular reports, analytics, and documentation for internal use.
  • Ensure smooth workflow during night shifts by monitoring team tasks and deliverables.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and documentation.
