Role Description

Lead Solutions Architect (MEAN/MERN Stack)

Qualifications

• Architect & Build

  robust, scalable web applications using the MEAN or MERN stack from scratch.

• Design full-stack solutions

  , including backend services, APIs, frontend interfaces, and DevOps pipelines.

• Lead and mentor

  a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.

• Manage project boards

  (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana), allocate tasks, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into technical requirements.

• Optimize business processes
