Title: HR Executive (US Operation)

Work Time: Login Time (Between 7pm to 4:00am)

Logout Time (Between 8Pm to 5:00am)

Requires excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing; the ability to be highly flexible in varying situations; the ability to work independently; the ability to organize and prioritize duties; ability to work in conjunction with other team members and key stakeholders, externally and internally.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managed end-to-end candidate onboarding, including coordination and collection of required documentation.
• Maintained and updated the employee database with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinated and monitored timesheets for US-based employees to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Assisted and actively participated in the full US staffing and recruitment lifecycle.
• Interacted with and recruited US Citizens, Green Card holders, and Foreign Nationals for client requirements.
• Conducted phone screenings, completed pre-qualification assessments, and aligned candidates to appropriate roles, locations, and client needs.
• Identified and developed new sourcing channels to strengthen the recruitment pipeline and ensure consistent talent availability.
• Contributed to employer branding initiatives to enhance organizational visibility and attract quality talent.
