Human Resources Executive

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to joining, handling onboarding and offboarding formalities, maintaining and tracking KRAs & KPIs, and assisting in performance review processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing full-cycle recruitment process - Handling onboarding & offboarding formalities - Maintaining and tracking KRAs & KPIs - Assisting in performance review processes To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in HR or related field - 1-3 years of relevant HR experience - Strong communication and coordination skills Please note that this role reports to Board Members and is based in Himatnagar, Gujarat.
