Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations, employee relations, and implementing HR policies. Daily tasks will include handling employee-related issues, overseeing HR administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and contributing to the overall HR strategy of the organization.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
