Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Chennai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, creating and implementing HR policies, and overall HR management. The role involves ensuring that all HR functions align with the company's objectives and support the growth and well-being of the employees.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Ability to create and implement HR Policies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
