Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and supporting overall HR management functions. The executive will also handle tasks such as recruitment, training and development, performance management, and improving employee engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar HR role is a plus
