Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding:

   Manage full-cycle hiring (sourcing, screening, interviewing) and conduct new hire orientations.

• Employee Relations:

   Address grievances, resolve conflicts, manage disciplinary actions, and foster a positive culture.

• Payroll & Benefits:

   Oversee payroll processing, salary administration, and manage employee benefits/leave.

• Policy & Compliance:

   Develop, implement, and update HR policies; ensure adherence to labour laws and regulations.

• Performance Management:

   Support performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development.

• Record Keeping:

   Maintain accurate employee data, HR documents, and generate reports.

• Training & Development:

   Coordinate and deliver training programs.

• Offboarding:

  Manage exit interviews and termination procedures.

Required Skill & Qualification

• 2+ years of experience in IT Domain.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• High-energy, target-driven, and self-motivated personality.
• Proven experience in HR roles, ideally within a small business environment.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.

• Day Shift
• Working Days (Monday - Friday)
• Saturday - Half Day
