Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates for further rounds.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated with market trends and industry best practices in recruitment.
