Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment and selection process through internal or external sources as per hiring guidelines
  • On-boarding and Induction of new employees, their Joining formalities including maintaining of the Personnel file
  • Attendance Management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including probaitons and Exit Management
  • Employee Engagement – Planning and Execution
  • Managing the Internship Programme
  • Assist in Employee Lifecycle Activities
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances, ensuring timely resolution
  • Manage Employee Benefits


Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist functions
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
