Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Vadodara. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for assisting in HR management, maintaining HR operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and fostering positive employee relations. Daily tasks include overseeing recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, employee engagement, and supporting operational HR activities to ensure a positive work environment and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) functions
• Strong skills in HR Operations and implementation of HR Policies
• Experience in managing Employee Relations and driving engagement initiatives
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to operate collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of labor laws and procedures is beneficial
