Role Description This is a full-time on-site MIS role located in Noida at Cogent E Services. The role involves managing and analyzing customer interaction data, utilizing technology to derive insights, and overseeing customer interactions. Responsibilities also include implementing cybersecurity measures to ensure data protection.
