Human Resources Executive

As an HR Assistant at Marriott International, your role involves assisting in monitoring and tracking employee relations issues, handling and resolving HR issues, and ensuring compliance with all laws and company policies. You will inform HR management of employee relations issues, respond to inquiries from employees and management, and disseminate information related to HR programs and policies. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate employee records, assisting in employee surveys, and answering phone calls. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees - Follow company and safety procedures, report accidents, and maintain confidentiality - Welcome guests, communicate clearly, and maintain positive relationships with team members - Enter and retrieve work-related information using computers or point of sale systems - Perform physical tasks such as moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance Qualifications Required: - Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent - Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience - Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience - License or Certification: None At Marriott International, diversity and inclusion are core values.
