Location: Juhu, Mumbai The key responsibilities of the Admission Counsellor will be: Manage the process of admission right form the point of a walk-in or telephonic enquiry to the final admission Develop a team of two or more Admission counsellors as required, discovery guide and supporting ancillary staff Prepare Admission folders, separately for the Pre-school section and the Higher section, for the use of the Admission counsellors: this will contain the following: Basic information about the school philosophy. Information about the infrastructure and other facilities at the school. Affiliation with the board: why we have selected a particular board achieved or applied or plan to apply. Advantages of the chosen education board to the students. How we adapt the board guidelines t our system and make it more valuable as compared to any other school that just TEACHES the course. Our achievements as a company, school, students. Activities over the past year. Comments by our parents, students, visitors, where our students have visited. Fee structure. 50% target achievement for admissions (11 admissions individually) Maintaining process hygiene in terms of: Attending atleast 3/5 daily meetings Maintaining Zoho hygiene for his deals: Timely updation of admission status and comments Timely reach outs and follow-ups to all prospects in his pipeline Planning atleast 2 events in the next 60 days and driving 5 admissions through these events Maintain a database of all the enquiries, that is updated daily Prepare an analysis of the following: Mode of enquiries: walk ins, telephonic Geographic – PIN code analysis Reason of NIs Conceptualise events that can attract more footfalls to the school Provide daily update to the Accounts on the following: number of admissions total fee collected any discounts offered – (with a prior approval from the Principal) payment schedule follow-up with previous NIs and call for second round of counselling Develop a well decorated room for the counselling purpose, if possible as a model classroom Maintain a stock of admission stationary to avoid overstocking or out-of-stock Maintain a set of other display material to showcase the philosophy of Eurokids Ensure smooth functioning of the admission process for the school Give information about the bus route, in case of any bus transport queries. Present lessons comprehensively and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning. Ensuring timely delivery of curriculum with adherence to best quality standards for higher grades. Discusses academic difficulties or behavioural problems with students as they arise. Ensuring and supporting the smooth transition of students from Grade 1 to Grade 5. Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress, attainment and behavior of one’s students.
