Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Consultant, located in Surat. The Human Resources Consultant will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing HR policies, enhancing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Additional tasks include consulting with clients on HR best practices, assisting with recruitment and development processes, and providing strategic HR insights. Qualifications Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies Strong skills in Employee Relations Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in consulting or a related field is a plus Ability to work effectively on-site in Surat.
