Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling queries and grievances of employees within the framework of the company policy, carrying out detailed investigations when necessary. Your role will involve working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Additionally, you will prepare HR dashboards and reports for the management, ensure training and grooming of the HR team, and closely monitor their day-to-day activities, taking corrective measures as needed. You will also be responsible for keeping a regular check on the active count of the span and supporting the business in all HR-related queries for smooth day-to-day operation. Coordinating with support departments and the BU for closure of discipline/performance-related escalations will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Handle queries and grievances of employees within the company policy framework and conduct detailed investigations if required. - Work with management and employees to improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention. - Prepare HR dashboards and reports for management. - Ensure training and grooming of the HR team for enhanced performance. - Monitor the day-to-day activities of the team and take corrective measures when necessary. - Keep track of the active count of the span and validate it regularly with the Ops Team. - Support the business in all HR-related queries for smooth operation. - Handle Negative BGV Cases as per company policy. - Coordinate with other support departments for the smooth functioning of BU HR. - Coordinate with the BU for closure of all discipline/performance-related escalations as per company policy. Qualification Required: - Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role. - Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills (Native/Professional level proficiency in English). - Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel. - Ability to work in a dynamic environment. - Analytical mindset with keen observation and proactive approach. - Experience in employee engagement will be an advantage. - Team management experience is preferred.,
