Job Summary

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on HR Business Partner to lead all things people at EazyGrad. You'll work directly with the founder to

hire, manage, and retain a high-performance team

as we scale from 15 to 50+ people in the next 12 months.You'll own everything from

hiring and onboarding to performance, culture, and internal systems

. This role starts with managing a lean 2-3 member HR team and grows into building full functions like

TA, L&D, and HR Ops

. If you've scaled teams before and want complete ownership to build things right this is for you.

In this role, you'll get a chance to work on:

  • Lead Talent Acquisition Build a strong hiring engine to attract, assess, and onboard top talent across functions, ensure we're hiring for skill and culture fit
  • Build a Culture of Excellence Shape a workplace where people do their best work, feel a sense of belonging, and grow with the company
  • Strengthen Policies & Processes Design and implement progressive, clear, and compliant HR policies that evolve with scale and reflect our values
  • Build for Scale Lay the groundwork for a 10x-ready organization through robust frameworks, systems and succession planning
