Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

As an HR Manager at our company, your role will involve leading our hiring efforts and overall HR functions to cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include developing effective hiring strategies, shaping the studio's culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring HR best practices are consistently implemented. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to achieve the studio's hiring goals. - Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Collaborate with the leadership team to comprehend the organization's workforce needs. - Establish and enhance a strong employer brand through various talent attraction initiatives. - Drive initiatives to improve culture, employee engagement, and workplace satisfaction. - Ensure adherence to employment laws and studio policies. - Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and HR policy implementation. - Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership for workforce planning and HR initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as an HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar role. - Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, employer branding strategies, and HR best practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities. - Capability to establish and nurture relationships with candidates, employees, and leadership teams. - Knowledge of labor laws and effective hiring practices. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.,
