About the Role:

Hexnode is seeking a dynamic and mature HR Business Partner to align people strategy with

across global and sales-focused business units. This is a strategic role, requiring high energy,

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with business leaders across functions and geographies

• Lead the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals

• Drive talent management, performance engagement, and leadership development programs

• Facilitate roundtables, close-loop feedback initiatives, and organizational design projects

• Build strong relationships with sales teams and support their dynamic needs

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 8–15 years of HRBP experience in matrixed, global environments

• Experience partnering with sales teams is a strong plus

• Demonstrated ability to manage change, influence leadership, and deliver HR projects

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident, proactive, and comfortable operating with minimal direction
