Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on all people-related matters
• Drive organizational effectiveness, performance management, and talent development
• Implement HR initiatives that support business goals and team growth
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to meet headcount plans and quality hires
• Lead employee engagement, retention, and culture-building efforts
• Resolve employee relations issues with fairness and compliance
• Analyze HR metrics and present actionable insights to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of experience in HRBP or HR Generalist roles
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and business strategy
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in a product-based or high-growth startup is a plus
• MBA in HR or related field preferred
