You will also provide technical guidance when necessary. - Analyzing data trends independently and offering technical guidance when needed to support decision-making processes. - Developing, monitoring, interpreting, and understanding policies and procedures to align with organizational strategies and objectives. You will ensure compliance and effectiveness. - Reviewing and creating insightful reports independently, organizing activities, and prioritizing tasks to meet business objectives efficiently. Technical guidance may be required in this aspect. - Managing employee relations within a clear framework that reflects corporate values and policies while adhering to legal requirements. You will work independently and provide technical guidance when necessary. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in an HR generalist role.,
