Job Description

Role Overview: At 66degrees, you will play a crucial role in partnering closely with business and leadership teams to design and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end employee lifecycle for the Pune location, driving a culture of transparency, inclusivity, and continuous feedback, and providing data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership on workforce trends, attrition, and engagement. Additionally, you will partner with leadership during appraisals, promotions, and workforce planning discussions. Key Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with employees and leaders to foster engagement, collaboration, and retention. - Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues while ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies and labor laws. - Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth hiring, onboarding, and workforce readiness for the Pune office. - Implement HR initiatives that drive high performance, employee well-being, and organizational effectiveness. - Lead performance management processes including goal setting, feedback cycles, and development planning. - Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. - Track and analyze key HR metrics to identify trends and propose proactive interventions. - Facilitate training and development programs to enhance leadership and managerial effectiveness. - Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the Pune location, ensuring alignment of all HR activities with 66degrees" culture and values. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 3-8 years of experience in HR with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Proven track record of driving HR initiatives that contribute to organizational success.,
