Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment:This involves identifying staffing needs, curating job descriptions, posting job openings on appropriate platforms,Sourcing, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates; extending job offers and negotiating salaries/ contracts.
2. Onboarding and Documents Submission:Collecting documents, completing paperwork, and orienting new employees to the company.
3. Policy Making and Amendments: Creating, updating, and communicating workplace policies to align with legal requirements and company goals.
4. Employee Engagement: Organizing initiatives and activities to keep employees motivated, connected, and satisfied at work.
5. Discipline Tracking : Maintaining accurate attendance records and addressing issues related to absenteeism or late arrivals.
6. Keep records of Leave applications after approval.
7. Preparing the attendance sheet, calculating leaves and holidays for the salaries.
