ROLE OVERVIEW

 We are seeking a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the workplace culture, managing recruitment processes, implementing HR policies, and supporting employee development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company objectives.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and performance data with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters with fairness and professionalism.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Foster a positive, motivating, and collaborative work environment.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and plan accordingly.



PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in an HR role, preferably within a manufacturing or sports-related industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR software&tools is a plus.
  • A positive attitude with a solution-driven mindset.
