Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Associate. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for managing HR operations, supporting HR management tasks, and assisting with training and development programs. Daily tasks include maintaining employee records, handling recruitment processes, organizing training sessions, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.

Job Description:

• 6+ Months of experience in technical recruitment.

• Strong understanding of IT/technical job roles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using recruitment tools, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and job specifications.

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.

• Coordinate technical assessments and interviews.

• Manage the candidate lifecycle from application to onboarding.
