Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna for a Human Resources Assistant. The role involves supporting HR activities, maintaining and managing HRIS databases, coordinating benefits administration, and assisting in training and development programs. Additionally, the HR Assistant will contribute to recruitment, onboarding processes, and provide support in managing employee records and compliance-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and related practices
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and data management
• Proficiency in Benefits Administration and employee services
• Familiarity with Training and development programs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in HR roles or certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
