Role Description

This is a full-time, Remote work role based in Pan India for a Human Resources Business Partner Client Association Manager. Responsibilities include serving as the primary liaison between clients and the organization, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of workforce solutions. The role involves end-to-end HR processes, including talent acquisition, training design, deployment processes, and handling workforce-related client requirements. The HRBP will also analyze workforce needs and strategize talent management initiatives to enhance client outcomes and align with business objectives.


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and retention strategies.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR initiatives and strategies aligning with business goals.
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Experience in training and deployment program management.
  • Leadership abilities, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in talent sourcing and engagement for sectors such as BFSI, IT, BPO, or EdTech preferred.
